The Chef

From Palas de Rei (Lugo), Álvaro Villasante has an extensive professional career spanning from Lugo and Lleida, Tenerife, Miami and Barcelona, where he had the opportunity of working with some of the finest chefs such as SergiArola and Ángel Palacios in “La Broche” (Miami); Gonzalo Tamames in “Rincón de Gonzalo” (Tenerife); Ramón Freixa in “Racód´enFreixa” (Barcelona); and Óscar Sabate in “Eth Taro” (Val d’Arán).

Finally, in 2007, Alvaro’s aspirations led him to open his own establishment in the city of walls.
