“I started working at my family’s restaurant when I was very young. After completing my studies at the Hotel Management School of Santiago, I decided to get involved in what was happening in Spain and did so with Pedro Subijana and Toño Pérez among others.
A few years ago I became part of this restaurant, where I work daily to try and reinvigorate Lugo’s cuisine.”
