Being surrounded by stoves decided our future; from a very age we were certain we wanted to follow the family tradition in the restaurant world. More than 75 years have passed since my grandparents opened the first Garcia restaurant. Since then things have changed a great deal, but the foundation of our cuisine continues being those traditional recipes, which we have imbued with the vanguard of our youth.
