After taking many trains and making many stops, Beatriz Sotelo arrives to Cambre. Here she decides to stop and start a new period together with Juan M. Crujeiras. We are united by friendship, vocation for cuisine, tradition, the scenery, respect, independence and the wish to evolve. Also our differences contribute: mountain and sea, feminine and masculine. All this is bringing us to a point between gastronomic dreams and the rationality in the kitchen. We try to surprise every guest. We believe in putting magic and feelings in every dish, that’s what we try since we started this together.
