Formed in the CSHG of Compostela in the year 96 considers a cook autodidacta and of inspiration. It combines his two big passions,the kitchen and the writing like his means of expression. "I look for the simplicity in each one of my works,the goal is to arrive to the pure essence with the fair and humble intervention. Our finalidad is not more that put in the dish an ephemeral emotion ".
