The world an its markets, endless source of culinary inspiration and one of my favourites entertainments when travelling. Have a walk in a food market of any country you visit, is the best way to know about their gastronomy and their way to understand food. Its show you their main ingredients and gives you reliable information about their taste paths. Mixing up what you know whith what you have discovered (either ingredients or concepts) , is for me, one of the mos interesting ways to come up with new dishes. When visiting a market, a lot of ideas fill my mind, i like to take some pictures to think about later about what i have seen. Fortunately, i do not have to take pictures about my home town markets because they are close enough to visit them very often, about the others, here are some examples that have influenced me.
