The restaurant’s chef is one of the most gifted young talents of the Galician cuisine, hence his irresistible and gradual rise, but without making a lot of fuss. Shy, or cautious, or respectful, or all three things at the same time, the fact is that Yayogains self-confidence and his cookingprovides increasingly improved pleasures each time you visit hisrestaurant-cottage in the old town of Cambados.  

On its first floor behind the stonewalls, its particularly functional design suggests, and will not let us down, that we are before a modern restaurant that applies all the new century’s knowledge to the usual products, which come from the next-door fish market, the family seafood treatment plant or the garden and cottage of the fertile Salnés valley, which has an array of Albariño wines – another fusion touch!
